Fall 2010 - Workout Schedule |

Swim Training:
The schedule has not been determined yet for Fall 2010.
In the past we have been swimming Mondays and Fridays at 6:15 AM until 7:30 AM and
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
Bike Training:
We usually ride outdoors in the Summer trimester on Saturdays from Shubie Park at 9:00AM.
We follow the ride by a short job to loosen up (or sprint). Bicycle helmet required (for the ride part)!
In the Winter trimester, we use one of the old squash courts at Stadacona gym to spin Saturdays 9am - 12pm
(long ride starting at around an hour and building in length over the winter) followed by a jog to loosen up
(or sprint) on the indoor track. Bring your own bike and trainer or rollers. Helmet optional! We're not
moving!
Brick Training:
In the summer, on Wednesday evenings, we gather at Powder Mill lake for a brick. Start time is
6:30 PM until about 8:00 PM. Bring wetsuit, bike and running shoes (don't forget your bike helmet).
Run Training:
Some of us gather at one of the outdoor tracks in the summer for some hard fast running. Check the calendar below for more information!
